We want you to be happy with our product, and if anything is less than perfect we are happy to exchange your product completely. You can send it back to us up until 30 days post receiving the order. Absolutely no questions asked. Moreover, we offer a one year warranty on your glasses. If they are damaged over the course of your use, we will replace them with a new pair.
How do I exchange them?
It's really Simple. If you want to exchange product, you should first return the original product to our Physical retail outlet.
Once you do that, please reach out to us at email@example.com and tell us the Product URL that you want in return. We will deliver it to your address for free.
A few points to watch out for:
If the exchange is made with a product of lower value, we will not be able to give you the difference back. So choose wisely!
Do carefully seal them and send it back. Glasses that have been scratched, bent, twisted or gone through any wearing and tearing will not be returned.
How long will the exchange process take?
Exchange orders are typically processed within 10 to 15 working days.
