Can I choose the lenses?
Yes, you can visit our store and choose from any of Lenskart’s advanced lens offerings, including German and Japanese-made lenses. Additional charges may apply.
What lens will the lens replacement service come free with?
It will come with a 1.56 Index Premium Anti-Glare Lens.
Do I need to pay extra for a higher degree/power or Astigmatism?
No, there are no additional charges.
What do I need to do once I’ve reached the store with my glasses?
You will receive a Whatsapp message upon purchasing the lens replacement service online. You can present this message to our store staff and they will collect your glasses and prescription details to process the replacement.
Can I replace lenses for non-Lenskart frames?
Yes, we can replace the lenses for any frame. It does not have to be a frame purchased from Lenskart. Exceptions: Rimless frames, metal rimlon frames and frames from brands like Oakley, Mykita, Swissflex, IC Berlin are not accepted
Why do I have to pay $20?
The $20 is a fitting charge for the service. With this, you can replace your current lenses with Lenskart’s Premium Anti Glare Lenses.
When will my new lenses be ready for collection?
Your glasses will be ready between 1-7 working days. You will be informed via SMS once it’s ready for collection. The exact delivery date will depend on the lenses you choose.
Can I get a refund after I have purchased this service?
No, this service is not eligible for refund.
How much time do I have to avail this service at the store?
You can visit the store within 30 days from purchasing the service online.
